“Chef Rick” is a professional chef and media personality for more than 25 years. He earned his B.S. in Food Science and Nutrition from UMASS Amherst and a Master of Science from the prestigious Johnson & Wales University, where he had a 10-year career as both an executive and professor. He has been a member of the American Culinary Federation for over 25 years. Today, he is touted as one of only a handful of chefs in the country with the expertise to create masterful recipes that can be mass produced without losing quality in taste or texture. This comes from his passion for food and in-depth knowledge of large scale manufacturing. 

Chef Rick joined COMPANY NAME in XXX.  As a member of the leadership team, he is able to work closely with restaurateurs, supermarkets executives, and other celebrity chefs to meet their high-quality, mass production needs. His experience and unique knowledge allows COMPANY NAME’s clients to meet all USDA/FDA guidelines, while staying on budget and exceeding expectations.

When he’s not in the test kitchen or on TV, Chef Rick enjoys spending time and cooking with his wife, two sons, and three daughters.
